How do I contact an advertiser?
On a property page, click "Book" or "Request information" and fill in the form. Your request is sent to the advertiser and to our team.
Do I need an account to search for a property?
No. Browsing listings is free. An account is only needed to save favourites, track a case or publish (advertisers).
How do I log in?
With your email and password, or in one click with Google from the "Client login" page.
What is case tracking?
Once your request is handled, you follow every step of your rental or purchase from your account: booking, paperwork, signing…
Who can post listings?
Only owners and agencies whose account has been created and certified by our team. Properties are moderated before going live.
How do I become an advertiser?
Go to the "Become an advertiser" page and send your application. After review, we create and certify your account.
Is my data protected?
Yes. See our privacy policy: your data is never sold or transferred for commercial purposes.
